What type of content do you create? I work with clients in fashion, beauty, food and beverage space.
What usage rights are included in the packages? The package includes full print rights and digital rights. You can use the imagery for social media and website promotion.
What's the secret of these packages being so affordable? Here's why our packages are such a steal: We love our regular customers, and their loyalty allows us to work efficiently by batching content production. That means booking a studio once, shooting multiple products in a similar setup, and using the same model—all while covering costs like studio fees and travel just once. Plus, editing bulk images from these sessions is a breeze compared to custom shoots. By keeping our expenses low, we're able to pass on the savings to you, our amazing clients. So, you get a gorgeous gallery of images at a fraction of the usual cost for top-notch photography.
Can I have more than one subscription? Absolutely! If you're already subscribed to our lifestyle photo package and you'd like to include a video subscription as well, you'll receive a $100 monthly discount!
What if I need to photograph more products or I need more images than you’re offering? You can always select more products or deliverable images for an extra fee of +$50/product.
What if I don’t have new product every month? No problem. You can roll over your credit to the next month, and use it to shoot more items, or use the credit towards purchasing an add-on.
Do you send the product back? If you need the product back, please let me know & include a pre-paid return label in the package. I have no capacity to store products, so please do that immediately.
Do you also do video? Yes. Video is not included in monthly subscription, but can be added to your shoot for an extra fee.
Can I pick the model? Yes. Choice of model is not included in the subscription model, but it can be done. If you want to choose your model, there's $250 fee for casting fee. This fee covers the extra effort involved in compiling a roster of available models and coordinating their schedules, rates and shoot location. There also may be an extra model fee (I book models for full day shoots, which allows me to get a good rate with them. If I'm only booking a model for one client, it's likely that model would have an increased hourly rate vs. when I book them for the day.)
How picky can I be with monthly content? I have a monthly program that I create based on the season, but I do try to accommodate your wishes within reason. If you have certain props you’d want me to use, feel free to send them with the product. If you have certain colors you’d want me to avoid, please send a note when you ship your product. If you have certain color you’d need me to use, please send a backdrop in that color. If you have specifics, you can request a custom session for an additional fee. Ask about it.
What if my product is extra large or heavy? If you have extra large / heavy product, please let me know in advance. If your product is heavier than 30 pounds or bigger than 170 inches, it may require a custom shoot.
